Location

Responsible for the preparation and electronic transmission of Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) data in accordance with state and federal regulations. Facilitates communication between the interdisciplinary team and ensures accurate Medicare coverage reviews through chart audits.
Requires a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification. Must be proficient in MDS software and RAI processes.
Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), the electronic transmission of RAI data to the state Bulletin Board in accordance with State and Federal regulations and facility policies.
· Facilitates communication between the Interdisciplinary Team.
· Ongoing education of those preparing the M.D.S.
Performs other duties incidental to the position and as delegated by the MDS Coordinator.
