Help consumers with mental illness obtain and maintain competitive community employment through intake, orientation, and advocacy. Provide follow-along services and coordinate care with primary providers to ensure continuity of support.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Counseling, or an Associate's degree with 3 years of experience working with severe mental illness. Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license, a vehicle with insurance, and basic computer proficiency.

$18.75 - $24.03 per hour Placement within the pay scale is commensurate with experience and qualifications
POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The purpose of this position is to help consumers with mental illness obtain and maintain competitive employment integrated in the community. This position will coordinate closely with the primary provider of service. In some cases, to provide services to consumers with physical disabilities or other mental disabilities. This position conducts at least 50% of activities in the community. ( i.e. job sites, client homes, or other community sites).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED In order to perform the functions of this job, the employee must possess the following: a working knowledge of Riveon Mental Health and Recovery Policy and Procedures, including sensitivity and adherence to clients’ rights, confidentiality, and health and safety issues. Must exhibit sensitivity to different cultures.
