The LPN is responsible for delivering nursing care to adult and geriatric patients within a cardiology clinic. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement patient care plans and participating in quality improvement programs.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota with a BCLS certification and completion of an accredited training program. A minimum of six months of experience in a clinic setting and cardiology experience are required.
Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for an exceptional, patient focused License Practical Nurse to join our Cardiology team and make a difference for our patients and our community.
Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Operations, the practical nurse is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. The nurse is responsible for collaborating with other healthcare team members (i.e., MD, PA, NP, RN, cardiology technician, ambulatory care coordinators) to implement the patient’s plan of care. The LPN will participate in department Quality Improvement Programs and perform other duties as assigned.
Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts, hours may vary between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
