Salary
$25 - $34 / HOUR
Provide home and community-based rehabilitative services to children with emotional and mental health challenges. Work within a family-driven care framework to identify treatment goals and coordinate services with caregivers.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with two years of experience or a Master's degree in Social Work, counseling, or a related field with one year of experience. A valid NYS Driver's License is mandatory.
