Position Summary
As an RN on B-7, our Surgical/ Stepdown (PCC level) unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be able to deliver excellent care to surgical patients from a variety of specialties including orthopedics, vascular medicine, thoracic, bariatric and complex medicine. B-7 is a 30-bed unit with a skilled nursing staff, and candidates will work with our educators to ensure a robust orientation and training with a preceptor to ensure that you are prepared to optimal patient care.

REQUIREMENTS: Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years 1+ years of RN experience preferred. Previous Med-Surg experience preferred. Certification in basic life support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certificate preferred and/or completed during orientation PCC certification preferred, training for PCC education will be offered as part of a plan for professional growth. Telemetry experience preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills Physical ability to meet job responsibilities. Basic computer proficiency. Fluency in another language a plus.

Range: $39.02- $90.05 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
