Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to LTC residents during night shifts, including ongoing assessment and monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; document responses and changes in the medical record.
• Conduct nursing assessments, identify clinical changes, and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure timely communication of patient status.
• Monitor safety, implement infection control practices, and adhere to care protocols.
• Respond to clinical emergencies, perform basic life support as needed, and facilitate appropriate handoffs.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license (state-specific licensure requirements for assignment)
• Availability to work night shifts
• Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
• Housing is not provided; traveler must secure own housing
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and engage with LTC populations
