Provide direct personal care and behavioral support to adult individuals with developmental disabilities in a female residential group home. Maintain a safe environment while assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and community integration.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to provide personal care to female residents are mandatory.
Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; DSP, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred. Ability to work in a female residential living environment and provide personal care support to female residents. CPR/First Aid certification Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Three professional references required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting, standing, and responding to emergencies.
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral support needs preferred. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to transport residents. Article 9 Certification Prevention and Support Certification Work Environment Licensed residential group home serving female residents. The role requires active engagement, physical stamina, and flexibility. Shifts may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
