$19.00/hour starting rate Holiday double-time pay 401(k) with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision (FT eligible) Company-paid life insurance (FT Eligible) Voluntary benefits (disability, accident, critical illness) (FT eligible) Paid vacation Available Shifts Evening: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM every other weekend only Night: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM every other weekend only All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise noted Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Document all medication administration in MAR accurately Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities

Qualifications
