Provide dedicated orthopedic trauma coverage, including evaluating and managing patients in the emergency department and inpatient settings. Perform operative management of traumatic orthopedic injuries and collaborate with the trauma team and hospital staff.
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with current or recent orthopedic trauma experience. Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure is required, and a fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma is preferred.
Full-time employed position Level III Trauma Center 100% Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Flexible schedule consisting of approximately 10 shifts per month Dedicated APP support Established referral network and trauma program No billing or coding responsibilities
