We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive women's healthcare services in both clinic and hospital settings. This position offers a balanced schedule with a four-day workweek, shared call responsibilities, and post-call recovery time, allowing providers to focus on delivering outstanding patient care while maintaining flexibility.
Provide full-scope midwifery care, including: Prenatal care Labor and delivery management Postpartum care Well-woman and preventive health services Deliver care in both outpatient and hospital-based settings Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Participate in a shared call rotation (approximately 4–6 call shifts per month) Educate and support patients and families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care focused on patient safety and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Required Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification Active Georgia licensure or eligibility for licensure Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care Preferred Previous experience in an OB/GYN practice, hospital, or women's health setting Experience managing labor and delivery patients independently within a collaborative care model
