Perform patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and manage the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for patients. Collaborate with physicians and therapists to provide safe medication administration and educate families on recovery goals.
Requires a current state RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) along with CPR/BLS certification. Preference is given to candidates with ACLS, CRRN certifications, and six months of acute care Medical/Surgical experience.
