Provide individualized support, training, and resource navigation for families with members who have disabilities or autism. Facilitate community-based activities and manage the administration of stipends and documentation.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and over one year of direct experience working with individuals or families with disabilities. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for travel.

Providing individualized support to families. Support families to navigate resources and services available to them. Makes visits to families' homes; develop support plans/goals when needed; maintain contact and ongoing support as needed; Connect families with other families for support. Promote community integration. Help maintain and expand an extensive community-based network of support & informational resources. Develop center-based and community-based activities, groups, training and events to support people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism across the lifespan and their families. Provide a welcoming, inclusive environment.
High School Diploma / GED required. Broad knowledge of a discipline involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 2-year college education. Over 1-year direct experience working with families or individuals with disabilities. Broad knowledge of disability support services. May be required to complete First Aid, CPR, OSHA, and/or Safety Care training based on program needs. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle required.
