Candidates must possess a valid driver's license for at least 6 months and have the physical ability to ensure resident safety. Basic computer skills and the successful completion of a background check are required.

ServiceNet is seeking compassionate and motivated Residential Mental Health Counselors to support adults in mental health recovery. In this role, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based support in a residential setting. We believe in resiliency, hope, and recovery—and we’re looking for team members who do too.
Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a supportive, safe, and home-like environment
Assist individuals with personalized recovery goals and daily planning
Teach and support daily living skills
Engage residents in meaningful in-home and community activities
Complete daily shift notes and related documentation
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license for at least 6 months with an acceptable motor vehicle record
Physical ability to perform job duties and ensure resident safety
Basic computer and office skills
Successful completion of background check (CORI)
Pay & Benefits
$18.00/hour starting rate
+$2.00/hour wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
