The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for preparing patient drug orders and delivering medications to nursing stations and medication rooms. They also review patient MARs for admissions and manage the restocking of usable medications and IVs.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. Registration and certification as a pharmacy technician with the State Board of Pharmacy are required by state regulations.
