The coordinator is responsible for evaluating patient adherence to physician orders and providing essential patient education. They also manage the delivery of enteral feeding equipment and maintain organized patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
Preferred candidates have one year of experience in home health, hospitals, or clinics, with a background in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Nursing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with medical professionals and patients.
This employee performs patient followup, generally responsible for the evaluation of patient adherence to physician orders.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
