The coordinator performs patient follow-ups and evaluations to ensure adherence to physician orders and provides essential patient education. They are also responsible for delivering enteral feeding equipment and maintaining organized patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
Preferred candidates have one year of experience in home health, hospitals, or clinics, with a background in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Nursing. Proficiency in basic office software and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
This employee performs patient followup, generally responsible for the evaluation of patient adherence to physician orders.
