In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and administer medications. You will also update care plans in collaboration with RNs and physicians while fostering a respectful environment.
The position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse with the ability to perform essential nursing tasks under supervision. Experience in long-term care and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care are essential.
