The Registered Nurse promotes and restores patient health by executing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and providing essential physical and psychological support to patients and their families. Duties involve floating across the entire Outpatient Services area, including Day Surgery, Endoscopy, PACU, and Pre-operative Clinic, requiring skills in peri-operative care and complication recognition.
Candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing, with a BSN preferred, and hold a current Washington State RN license along with AHA BLS/CPR and PALS certifications. A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or outpatient surgery clinic is required, and the position mandates rotation in an on-call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
