The RN will perform patient care activities, including assessing health needs and administering medications under the direction of a provider. They are also responsible for documenting patient information in the EMR and assisting with procedures in exam rooms.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s degree in Nursing and an active Idaho or MultiState RN license. One year of previous nursing experience and current BLS/CPR certification are preferred.

The RN will perform various patient care activities and related services in caring for the needs and comfort of patients under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider. RN duties include (but not limited to): assessing patients physical, psychosocial and behavior health needs; advocating for patient; administering prescribed medications, immunizations and preparing exam room, procedure room, and assisting providers; documenting in the EMR according to TSH policy and procedures. Each position has specific requirements with unique duties and responsibilities.
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing required; BSN preferred
