Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of OT treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, aligned with department objectives
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, coordinating care with other team members
• Provide OT services to adults in acute rehab, with exposure to neuro, ICU and cardiovascular populations
• Assess patient needs, set goals, document progress, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Utilize Epic for documentation; Cerner experience is a plus
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, safety, and activities to support continued recovery

Requirements

• Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, or Cardiovascular settings
• Proficient with Epic EHR; Cerner experience is a plus
• Ability to work in an acute care/inpatient setting on a travel assignment
• Availability for a 13-week assignment starting 06/29/2026
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to support an interdisciplinary team
• Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment
