As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will ensure that all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and available for procedures. You will also document testing results to ensure compliance with sterility regulations.
A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in sterile processing are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in a surgical setting and completion of an accredited Sterile Processing Technician course.

As a Sterile Processing Technician at our Surgery Center, you will be responsible for ensuring that all instruments are properly sterilizes and available in a timely manner for all procedures. You will also perform required testing done in the sterile processing unit and accurately document the results in order to ensure that all instruments and equipment are compliant with sterility regulations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will help to ensure your success in this role.
