The role involves conducting physical therapy assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function for patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Responsibilities also include educating patients and caregivers, accurately documenting outcomes, and collaborating with the rehab team during discharge planning.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current PT license, along with required CPR certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, and strong clinical knowledge coupled with excellent patient rapport-building skills are necessary.

How you'll contribute Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
Current PT license.
