Administer routine and specialized respiratory and critical care interventions to a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Collaborate with the patient care team to develop, modify, and implement comprehensive respiratory care plans.
Requires an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent certification and a valid Minnesota state license (LRT). BLS certification is required, with ACLS needed within one year of hire.
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will administer routine and specialized respiratory and critical care interventions to inpatients and outpatient patients of Regions Hospital including neonates, pediatrics, adolescence, adults, and geriatric patients. Regions Hospital respiratory care department has 74 RT’s which provide hemodynamic monitoring for all patient populations. We have an offsite pulmonary lab that provides full service pulmonary function/cardiopulmonary stress testing.
FTE: 0.75 (30 hrs. weekly), Night Shift- 12 hr. shifts
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, Registered Respiratory Therapist within one year of hire.
Experience: One-year Respiratory Therapist experience
