The clinic keeps patient volume at 2 patients per hour, allowing the PTA to stay engaged in each treatment session.
The Physical Therapist Assistant will help carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist. This role involves exercise instruction, movement training, patient education, and clear communication with the supervising PT.
Follow the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care Assist patients with therapeutic exercise and functional movement Support strength, flexibility, balance, gait, and mobility goals Monitor patient form, safety, and treatment response Report progress, changes, or concerns to the PT Reinforce home exercise programs Complete daily notes and treatment documentation Maintain a safe and organized treatment space Active Florida PTA License PTA Degree required Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient care Compensation and Schedule Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
