Licensed PTA A Role Built Around Movement and Progress This Physical Therapist Assistant position is ideal for someone who enjoys active patient care. You’ll work in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office helping patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and function. The clinic is located in Pompano Beach, FL and treats 2 patients per hour. Schedule Options 4-day work schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Flexible scheduling available Pay $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Provide PTA services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with prescribed exercises and functional rehab activities Support gait training, balance work, range of motion, and strengthening Watch patient response and report updates to the PT Review home program instructions with patients Prepare equipment and treatment spaces Document patient visits clearly and on time Help maintain a smooth clinic flow Active Florida PTA License PTA Degree required Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient care Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Take your next PTA role in a setting where your work helps patients move better every day.
