Physical Therapist – Boca Raton Outpatient Rehab Opportunity What the Day Looks Like Your day will include evaluating patients, building care plans, providing hands-on treatment, progressing exercises, educating patients, and helping people return to daily movement with less pain and better function. This role is based in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a patient volume of 2 patients per hour. Core Details Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Clinic: PT-owned Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and determine appropriate treatment goals Treat orthopedic injuries, post-surgical cases, pain, weakness, and mobility limitations Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities Educate patients on recovery, home exercises, and injury prevention Modify treatment based on patient response Complete treatment notes and progress reports Partner with PTAs to support patient outcomes Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates New graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO If outpatient orthopedics is where you do your best work, this Boca Raton role is ready for you.
