The Receptionist is responsible for receiving visitors, answering incoming calls, determining visitor needs, and contacting the appropriate personnel. This role also involves performing various clerical duties as assigned for the project.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D., including required typing courses, and must successfully pass post-offer pre-employment testing including background checks and drug screening. Experience as a receptionist or administrator with public contact is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
The Receptionist receives visitors, answers phones, ascertains their needs and contacts the proper individual, and performs related clerical duties according to the project assigned.
High school or equivalent G.E.D., including courses in typing required.
Knowledge of telephone etiquette, interpersonal communication, typing formats for correspondence and documents, calendaring and filing.

Experience as a receptionist or administrator with public contact desirable. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
