Provide competent, individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients through assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex medical treatments and facilitate patient readiness for discharge.
Requires a nursing degree and a current Illinois registered nurse license along with CPR certification. Experience in acute hospital settings, specifically with ventilators and wound care, is preferred.

Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.

Under the direction of the Nursing Director/Manager, the Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care in accordance with RML policies, nursing standards, and physician orders. The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients while ensuring continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
This role is eligible for a $12,500 sign-On bonus and is subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Bonuses will be pro-Rated for positions less than full-Time (0.9 fte). Registry positions are not bonus-Eligible. Rehires and current employees are not eligible.
