The RN is responsible for providing competent, humane, individualized care to patients and their families, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They maintain accountability for the overall care management of assigned patients and work collaboratively with other healthcare team members.
Candidates must have a diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school and a current Illinois registered nurse license. Recent acute hospital experience with complex medical patients is preferred, along with CPR certification.

Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.
